John Gregor Bohun, 73 of Ladysmith, died on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at Cornell Health Services.

He is survived by his 2 sons: Greg Bohun of Heart Butte, MT and Kevin Bohun of Escanaba, MI; 3 grandchildren: Riley, Laney and Taffy; mother of his sons, Geneva Hanson of Marinette; 2 sisters: Lucy Hazlewood (Ross) of Brooklyn Park, MN and Ann Bohun-Leistikow (Randy) of Barron; a sister-in-law, Linda Bohun of Green Bay and many nieces, nephews and friends.

John was preceded in death by his parents, Stefan & Maria (Machel) Bohun and 1 brother, Peter, who lived in Green Bay.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at Hope Lutheran Church in Ladysmith with Rev. Glenn Sokolowski officiating. Burial will follow in St. Anthony's Church Cemetery in Tony. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday, October 6, 2025 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith and then again on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until service time at the church.

John had compassion for children who may not have enough to eat. The family will distribute memorials to food programs for children.
