John "JACK" Zupan, 76 of Holcombe, WI; passed away on Tuesay; April 16, 2013 at The Mayo Clinic Health System - Chippewa Valley Center in Bloomer.
Jack is survived by brothers Charles, Tom (Marty), 2 nieces, 10 nephews, son in law Kevin, grandchildren and many great friends.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Jack at Flater's Resort on the Point on Sunday; May 26th, 2013 at 2:00 PM.
