John T. Kozial 88 of Sheldon; died on Thursday; January 1st, 2015 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.
He is survived by his wife Virginia; 3 sons and 1 daughter: Jeff, Kim, Kerry and Cynthia; 5 grandchildren and 2 sisters: Nellie Kolar and Jeannette VanErt.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday; January 12th, 2015 at 11:30 AM at The Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with Deacon Craig Voldberg officiating. The Kozial Family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until service time.
A reception will be held at The Sheldon Community Center beginning at 1:00 PM.
