Joseph W. Mier, Jr., 71, of Chisago City, MN, died February 3, 2025 in St. Paul, MN of pneumonia after a one-month illness.

He is survived by his son, Joseph W. Mier, III and Michelle (Lohse) of Rice Lake, WI, his daughter, Jenny Hardy and Shannon of St. Paul, MN, 10 grandchildren, two brothers: Ben and Don Mier both of Ladysmith, WI and four sisters: Annette Collier of Barron, WI, Kathy Mier of Rice Lake, Jean Mier of Annandale, MN and Julie Mickelson of Ladysmith.

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph, Sr. and Mary Mier and his brother, Jamie Mier.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
