Katherine Janet Ingram, 75 of Ladysmith, WI, died on Thursday, November 22, 2018 at Marshfield Medical Center in Eau Claire, WI.
Janet is survived by her 3 siblings; William (Sharon) Suralski of Huntley, MT, Jeanne Suralski of Friendship, WI and John (Jean) Suralski of Winter, WI, 4 nephews; Chris Suralski of Madison, WI, Jeff Suralski of Winter, WI, Paul Suralski of Minneapolis, MN and Andrew Suralski of Eau Claire, WI, 1 niece; Amy Suralski of Eau Claire, WI and her cat, Whiskey.
At her request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
