Kathleen B. Mataczynski, 102 of Ladysmith, died on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Lake Manor in Ladysmith.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley; parents, James and Annie (Sybers) Dvorak; brother, Anthony, who died at the age of 2;  4 sisters and brothers-in-law: Rose (George) Grandpre, Delia (Gene) Zimmer, Clara (William) Jacques and Genevieve (Lawrence) Arts.

She is survived by her children: Anne Marie (Joseph) Pachniak of Holcombe, William (Mary) Mataczynski of Ladysmith, and  Diane (Robert) Quackenboss of Madison; 4 grandchildren: Donald (Tina) Pachniak of Janesville,  Christie Pachniak of Ladysmith, Michael Quackenboss and friend Frances Segismundo of New York City, Laura Quackenboss and friend Mike Holmes of Door County, and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, June 21, 2024 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Ladysmith with Fr. Papi Reddy Yeruva and Deacons Doug Sorenson and Craig Voldberg officiating. Burial will be St. Anthony's Cemetery in Tony.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church or Our Lady of Sorrows School.
