Kurt D. Gerken, 88, passed away on June 3, 2014.

He is survived by his wife Marjorie and their 3 children; Kurt S. Gerken (Barbara), Eric S. Gerken (Laurie) and Karen Gerken Burch (Bruce). He also has 4 grandchildren: Megan Gerken Bock (Gabriel), Benjamin Burch (Allie), Carly Burch Siverling (David), Kurt C. Gerken and 5 great-grandchildren: Ella Bock, Paxson Siverling, Easton Bock, Theo Burch and Bryn Siverling. Kurt is also survived by his two nieces: Mary James (Mike) and Suzy Ahlquist (Gary).

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at the Congregational UCC Church in Ladysmith with Rev. Leslie Schenk officiating. A time of fellowship with friends and family will follow the service at the church.
