Lucille Mary Kozak 87 of Weyerhaeuser; died on Thursday; May 11th, 2017 at The Country Terrace of Wisconsin in Rice Lake.
Lucy is survived by 3 sons: Robert & Karen of Weyerhaeuser, Karl of Rice Lake and Daniel of Amery. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Steve, Nicolle, Eric, Michelle and James, 14 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives including 2 sisters - in - law: Geri Diehn and Dottie Kozak and many friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday; May 16th, 2017 at 11:00 AM at SS. Peter & Paul Church in Weyerhaeuser with Fr. Inna Pothireddy officiating. Lucy will be buried in the Church Cemetery.
The Kozak Family will receive friends at The Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Bruce on Monday after 4:00 PM and also at the Church on Tuesday for an hour prior to service time.
