Luella Jean (Gygi) Flater, 92, of Ladysmith passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024 at Care & Rehab -Ladysmith.

Luella is survived by sister Sandy Schoonover of Wisconsin Rapids, her children Bill (Marybeth) of Naperville, Illinois, Steven (Leslie) of Redlands, California, Dennis (Deb) of Ladysmith, Doug (Marsha) of Eau Claire, Sharon (Steve) Hauser of Gilman and Staci of Blaine, Minnesota and daughter-in-law Patty of Ladysmith, 10 grandchildren – Laura, Kyle, Drew, Craig, Kristin, Chris, Nick, Marisa, Steph and Derk along with 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband Earl, her parents Phillip & Thurley (Bell) Gygi, brother Bill, her son Terry and grandson Jason.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 28, 2024 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Ladysmith with Rev. Craig Zandi officiating.  Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Ladysmith.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service.
