Mark Czekalski, age 70 of Weyerhaeuser, passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from pancreatic cancer.

He is survived by his wife Sharon, 2 sons; Corey of Superior and Bryan on the family farm, 2 brothers; Dale and Joe both of Weyerhaeuser, 1 sister, Nanette (Tim) Sutherland of Minnesota, an uncle, Richard (Linda) Jankowski of Forest Junction, and an aunt, Janice Jankowski of Antigo. He is also survived by 2 brothers-in-law; Wayne (Jeannine) Morajda and Alan Morajda both of Chetek. Mark is survived by many cousins, nieces & nephews and great-nieces & nephews.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents; Leo & Marcella (Jankowski) Czekalski, step-mom, Connie Czekalski and brother, Robert. He was also preceded in death by his mother & father-in-law, Helen & Stanley Morajda and brother-in-law, Roy Morajda.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 14, 2025 at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Weyerhaeuser with Fr. Papi Reddy Yeruva and Deacon Tom Fuhrmann officiating. Burial will follow in the SS. Peter & Paul Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time on Monday at the church.
