Michael Louis "Mick" Hamilton, 69 of Ladysmith, died on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at his home following a brief illness with cancer.

He is survived by 2 sons; Christopher John Hamilton and Michael Rolland Hamilton both of Iola and 3 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Leo, Sr. & Evelyn (Sillman) Hamilton, 1 brother; Leo Rolland Hamilton, Jr. and 2 sisters; Linda Marie Hamilton and Ann Marie Hamilton.

A visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Friday, December 15, 2023 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith. The Ladysmith Veterans Association will provide military honors at 11:00 AM at the funeral home following the visitation. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery in Ladysmith at a later date.
