Michael J. Kostka 90; formerly of Ladysmith; died on Wednesday; October 15th, 2014 at The Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire.

He is survived by 6 children: Wayne & Carla Kostka of Osseo; Bruce Kostka of Tony; Brad Kostka of Ladysmith; Cindy & Bob Brunette of Oceanside, NY; Deanna & Kelly Roberts of Osseo and Mark & Mary Kostka of Holcombe.
He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren,3 sisters-in-law: Marylou Kostka of Ladysmith, Gloria Kostka of St. Croix Falls and Tiny Kostka of Stevens Point.

Funeral Services for Michael will be held on Tuesday; October 21st, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Ladysmith with Fr. Derek Sakowski officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

The Kostka Family will receive friends at The Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith after 4:00 PM on Monday where there will be a Scripture Service at 7:00 PM. There will also be an hour of visitation at the Church on Tuesday prior to service time.
