Mildred M. VanDerLoop 87, died at her home in Bruce on Tuesday; January 31, 2012. She is survived by her husband Paul and their 10 children: Steve ( Caroline) VanDerLoop, Rose (Marshall) Smith,  Suzanne (Wally, deceased) Dougherty, MaryLou (Bill Bressette) VanDerLoop, Beth (Jerry Bales, deceased) VanDerLoop, Margy (Ed) Thompson, Catherine VanDerLoop, Barbara (Len) Asbury, Celia (Mike Alexander) VanDerLoop and Becky (Scott Goren) VanDerLoop;16 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, 5 great-grandsons, 4 great-granddaughters;4 brothers and 5 sisters: Robert, Jim, Jack, Pat Charais, Celina Verdegan, Rita Lachowin, Therese Vojtasek, MaryLou Kostka and Carol Sheeran.Funeral Services for Mildred will be held on Saturday; February 4th  at 11:00 AM at The Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Bruce with Chaplain Anne Marie Swanson officiating. The VanDerLoop Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home after 4:00 PM on Friday and again on Saturday for an hour prior to service time.

In lieu of flowers; Memorials in Mildred's name are requested for The Nature Conservancy, The Arbor Day Foundation or just simply, plant a tree.
