Nancy L. Ludvik 81 of Ladysmith; died on Friday; May 29th, 2015 at Lake Manor in Ladysmith.
She is survived by her husband Gerald, 1 son and 1 daughter: Bryan of Hugo, MN and Jayne & Timothy Smith of Goodhue, MN. Nancy is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and 2 sisters; Donna Lunsman of Luck and Mary Barta of Plainview, MN.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 12, 2015 at Faith United Methodist Church in Ladysmith. Nancy's family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until service time on Friday at the church.
