Nina Kay Blodgett, age 79, of Ladysmith, passed away January 22, 2025 at Heritage Lakeside in Rice Lake.

Nina had many brothers and sisters: Laura Wolfe, Diane Copley, Nancy Copley, Curtis Copley, Ruth Copley, Jackie Dahlstrom, Kathy Dahlstrom, Virginia Dahlstrom, June Eidenier-Barron, George Shepherd and Vickie Steele.

She survived by her children Wendy (Dan Hakes) Zabst of Eleva, Laurie (Ray) Jackson of Waterloo, IN, Mark (Kristi) Blodgett of Bruce, Mendy (Joshua) Locke of Belle Buckle, TN, and Terry (Regina) Blodgett, St Cloud, MN and 10 grandchildren, as well as several great grandchildren. She also enjoyed bonus children from her 2nd marriage including Christine Stewart of Winnebago, MN, Curt (Carol) Blodgett of Menomonie, Cherie (Jim) Kelley of Bruce, Carrie Blodgett of Eagle Lake, MN and Brian (Angie) Blodgett of Baldwin. She leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

A Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Bruce with Rev. Mark Bartlett officiating. A visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M.  prior to the service.
