Patricia Ann Veness, 82 of Ladysmith, died peacefully on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at her home following a 9-year battle with Alzheimer's Disease.

Patricia is survived by her husband Richard, 2 sons; Kevin William (wife Staci) Hietala of Rice Lake and their 2 daughters; Katherine and Elleanor. Bradley Dale (wife Julie Brown) Hietala of Eau Claire and their 3 children; Elizabeth Brown, Jack Brown and Daniel Hietala. Also surviving is (son-in-law Chris Meyer) and grandson Dakota along with Richard's 6 children and their families.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents; John & Margeret (Staehs) Hamlet, 1 daughter; Jori Lynn (Hietala) Meyer and 2 sisters; Carol (Hamlet) Ladrie and Beverly (Hamlet) Salo.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Windfall Cemetery in Exeland with Deacon Doug Sorenson officiating.
