Patrick J. McHugh, 60 of Ladysmith, died on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at his home.

He is survived by his wife Melissa of Cottage Grove, ex-wife Anne, 2 daughters; Jaclyn McHugh of Madison and Kelsey McHugh of Cottage Grove, 3 sons; Jared McHugh of Madison, Nick Wiemer and Chase Wiemer both of Eau Claire, 1 sister; Teresa McHugh of Eau Claire, 2 brothers; Jeffery McHugh of Bruce and Michael McHugh of Holmen and nieces and nephews.

A memorial mass will be held at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Ladysmith with Fr. Papi Reddy Yeruva officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until the service time on Tuesday at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Patrick's name may be directed to the L.E. Phillips Center.
