Phyllis J. Gerber 91 of Exeland; died on Sunday; April 9th, 2017 at The Ladysmith Care Community.

She is survived by 7 children: Jerry & Mercedes of Rice Lake, Terry & Mary of Cameron, Susan of Eau Claire, Ernest & Melanie of Bruce, Alan & Nancy of Radisson, Holly & Scott Barnes of Hayward and Kathleen & Greg Pearson of East Greenwich, RI.

Phyllis is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Phyllis was baptized, confirmed and married in The 1st Lutheran Church of Exeland. All of her children were also baptized and confirmed there. She believed that she was the last living member of the original founding families. It was her last wish to have her Funeral there.

The Christian Funeral for Phyllis will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday; April 13th, 2017. Due to seating capacity restrictions, the Funeral will be held for immediate families members only.

A Celebration of Life and community visitation will be held at The Nathaniel Lutheran Church in Bruce from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday; April 12th, 2017.
