Phyllis Keehn 91, passed away on Tuesday, September 8th, 2015 at the Ladysmith Care Community where she had been a resident for almost two years.
Phyllis is survived by 3 daughters; Linda & Greg Long of Clinton, TN, Janet Keehn of Cumberland and Becky & Bob Wilcox of Altoona. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 12th, 2015 at Hope Lutheran Church in Ladysmith with Rev. Dwight Hanson officiating. Burial will be in the Holcombe Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Friday at the Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith and one hour before services on Saturday at the church.
