Obituary
Raymond J. Scharenbrock 83 of South Milwaukee died on Saturday, July 1st, 2017 at his home.
He is survived by 2 sisters; Bertha Goda of Springfield, IL and Agnes & Joe Marchioretto of Chicago, IL and numerous nieces and nephews.
Raymond was a teacher and counselor for 30 years. He always cared about his students and co-workers. His smile would brighten up the room when he entered and everyone would feel welcomed by him. He never had a bad word to say about anyone. He had many passions in life that included reading, cooking, traveling, and running marathons. He was a true inspiration to all that knew him.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 7th, 2017 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Ladysmith with Fr. Inna Pothireddy officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Ladysmith with Military Burial Rites provided by the Ladysmith Veterans Association.
Raymond's family will receive friends after 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 6th, 2017 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith where a Scripture Service will be held at 7:00 PM.
