Richard A. "Rick" Hoffmann, 73 of Ladysmith, died on Friday, June 20, 2025 at Lake Manor in Ladysmith.

He is survived by 2 daughters; Laura (Joseph) Day of Washington State, their daughter; Dobhran Day and son; Garry Day and Becki (Shawn) Wroblewski of Ladysmith and their 2 sons; Konor and Donovan Wroblewski, 2 great-grandchildren; Luxovious and Asteria, 2 brothers; Douglas (Cynthia) Hoffmann of Exeland and Bradley Hoffmann of Exeland and a sister-in-law; Linda Hoffmann of Green Bay.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents; Oric & Lila (Bates) Hoffmann and a brother; Jerry Hoffmann.

A memorial visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM on Friday, July 18, 2025 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith.
