Richard Alan Milner, 79 of Radisson, WI, died Thursday, July 31, 2025 at his home.

Survivors include his wife: Arlene, sons: Dean & Jill Milner of Buffalo, MN and Dennis & Deb Milner of Osceola, WI, step-sons: Jeff & Robin Gronski of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Greg & Amy Gronski of Marshfield, WI, daughter: April & Jason Parr of Apple Valley, MN, step-daughters: Carmen & Everett Mueller of Marshfield, WI and Kara & Rick Theune of Glenwood City, WI, 15 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, brothers: Gail & Liz of Mesa, AZ, William & Linda and Mike & Judy, both of Exeland, WI and sisters Martha of Markesan, WI and Ellen & Dave of Ojibwa, WI.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents: Clarence & Adele Milner, brother: Donald and sister: Karen.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith and again on Wednesday morning at the Evangelical Free  Church of Winter, WI from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 A.M. at the Evangelical Free Church of Winter on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 with Pastor Tonee Martin officiating. Burial, with Military Honors provided by the Winter American Legion, will be in the Radisson Cemetery.
