Richard James Russell, Jr., age 59, of Kennan, Wisconsin, died Monday, October 5, 2026 in Kennan.

He was born January 3, 1967, in Boston, Massachusetts, the son of Richard James & Darlene Russell Sr. He was a resident of Kennan for 6 years. On June 26, 2010, he married Tammy in Easton, Massachusetts. Richard loved driving truck and enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy; his children, Richard J. Russell, III (Nicole), Robyn (Jeff) Allen, Jessica (Clay) Wells, Rebecca (Justin) Russell, Christopher Maguy, Zachary DaSilva, and Olivia DaSilva; his brother, Ernest Russell (Annette); his sisters, Joyce Grubbs, Sandra Rafferty, and Tracy Pettit; and 17 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Russell.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 9, 2026 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with Deacon Craig Voldberg officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Conrath Cemetery, Conrath.
