Obituary
Richard L. "Rick" Schmidt, age 71 of Ladysmith, passed away in his home on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
He is survived by his 2 children, Phillip (Jenna) Schmidt of Lewisville, TX and Tracy (John) Sytsma of Justin, TX, 6 grandchildren and 3 brothers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lowell and Elizabeth (Peterson) Schmidt.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. with a visitation 1 hour prior to the service on Friday, April 19, 2024 at Faith United Methodist Church in Ladysmith with a luncheon to follow.
