Robert D. Hanson, 90 of Sheldon, WI, died Sunday, October 9, 2022 in Bloomer, WI.

Survivors include his son Gary Hanson, daughters Gina Olson of Holcombe, WI and Donna Mabie of Ladysmith, WI, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Laura Hanson, sisters Verneal Verdegan, Frances Logsdon and Joyce Michael, granddaughter Carrie Hanson and Grandson Curtis Hanson.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at the Nash - Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with Deacon Craig Voldberg officiating. Burial with military honors provided by the Ladysmith Veterans Association will be in Riverside cemetery. A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, October 16th from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home and again on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M.
