Obituary
Robert L. Thurston, 71, of Rice Lake, WI, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at his home with his wife of 25 years, Linda, by his side.
Bob is survived by his wife Linda, 1 daughter; Pauline Ridgley of Green Bay, WI, 4 grandchildren; Collin & Kelly Tompkins (USAF), Wyatt Tompkins (US Army), Sidney Thurston and Christiana Thurston both of Green Bay, WI and 1 brother; Mike & Charity Thurston of Apple Valley, MN.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Bethany Lutheran Church in Rice Lake, with Pastor Grant Aaseng officiating. Bob's family will receive friends at the church on Saturday, November 8 from 9:00 AM until service time. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Hawkins, WI.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeview Medical Center Hospice in Rice Lake.
