Roland C. Tyson, 88 of Ladysmith, died on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Marshfield Medical Center-Marshfield.

He is survived by his wife Laura and 1 son; James J. Tyson and his wife Janice M. Tyson of Layton, UT, 1 daughter; Laurie E. Canfield and her husband Douglas Canfield of Deale, MD, 6 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter, 1 brother; Richard A. Tyson of International Falls, MN and 1 sister; Darleen Gleesing of Perham, MN.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Delbert & Vera (Pettis) Tyson.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Ladysmith Christian Church with Pastor Brian Chitwood officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Saturday at the church.
