Sam W. Johnson 64, of Exeland, died on Monday, November 30th, 2015 at his home.
Sam is survived by his wife Cathy, 1 son and 2 daughters: Carl & Karen Johnson of Blue Mounds, Jessica & Ryan Willborn of Montello and Jenill & Jim Patterson of Exeland, 9 grandchildren, 1 brother and 4 sisters: Gary & Deb of Exeland, Joann & Bob Koch of Waynesville, NC, Peggy Meyers, Irene Cox of Kokomo, IN. and Florence Flohr of Tomahawk.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 3rd, 2015 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith. Sam's family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday for an hour prior to services.
