Scott L. Miller, 56, of Ladysmith, WI died on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at the Ladysmith Nursing Home.

He is survived by 1 daughter; Chantel Miller of Ladysmith, 3 sons; Seth Miller of Morris, MN, Lance Wilder of Bruce, WI, and Jeremy of Indiana, 2 sisters; Connie Frafjord of Bruce and Pamela Vandegriff of Lynchburg, VA, 1 brother; Monte Miller of Fayetteville, OH, 4 grandchildren, 2 step-sons; Kevin Cornelissen of Rice Lake, WI and Ryan Cornelissen of Fall Creek, WI, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 17, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with Steve Vandegriff officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Ladysmith with Military Honors provided by the Ladysmith Veteran's Association. Scott's family will receive friends on Sunday, December 16 after 5:00 PM at the Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund for Scott Miller has been established at the Heritage Credit Union in Ladysmith.
