Sidney G. "Sid" Jackson, 90 of Ladysmith, passed away at home on Monday, August, 11, 2025 with his family by his side.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Roy and Doris (Millner) Jackson, wife Shirley Jackson, brother Roy Lee Jackson, wife Suzi Walters, grandson David Traxler and many friends & family.

Sid is survived by 3 daughters; Shirley Stream (Richard), Kathy Jackson (Tom Hamilton) and Diane Harper (Mike), 1 sister Jeanie Loronzo (Ray), 1 brother-in-law Jerry Anderson (Jill), 4 grandchildren; Shawn Jackson (Jennifer), Nichole Roberts (Daniel), Adam Traxler (Samantha) and Michael Traxler (Tabitha), as well as many great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Bruce with Rev. Mark A. Bartlett officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
