Theodore E. Duchnowski 91 of Ladysmith died on Saturday; June 13th, 2015 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.
Ted is survived by his wife Mary Jane, 3 sons and 2 daughters: Alan & Annette of Prescott; Dave of Waunakee; Phil & Sharon of Ladysmith; Lori & Mark Guns of Conrath and Denise & Dave Lane of Ladysmith. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Funeral Services for Ted will be held on Thursday; June 18th, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Church with burial in Riverside Cemetery. The Duchnowski Family will receive friends at the Church on Thursday for an hour prior to service time. A Military Burial Salute will be conducted at the Church following the Funeral.
