Tina Marie Sisko 50 of Oak Forest, IL; died on Saturday; March 14th, 2015 at The Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL.
Tina Marie is survived by her mother Margie of Tinley Park, IL and her sister Cindy & Ismael Perez of Orland Park, IL. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday; March 18th, 2015 at 1:00 PM at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hawkins with Fr. Chris Kemp officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. The Sisko Family will receive friends at the Church on Wednesday after 11:30 AM until service time.
