Obituary
Tony Dvorak, 96, of Ladysmith, WI, died on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the Ladysmith Care Community in Ladysmith, WI.
He is survived by his nieces, nephews and their families.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith with Rev. Linda Shearer officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Ladysmith with Military Honors provided by the Ladysmith Veterans Association. Tony's family will receive friends for an hour prior to service time at the funeral home on Tuesday.
