Thomas A. "Tony" Wojcik, 65, of Sheldon, WI, died on Sunday, February 28th, 2016 in Tulsa, OK.

He is survived by his wife Debra, 2 daughters; Amber & Kevin Myers of South Sioux City, NE and Melinda & Shaun Kruckeberg of Cadott, WI, 2 sons; Ryan & Kim of Tulsa, OK and Jesse & Melissa of Ladysmith, WI, 9 grandchildren, 3 sisters; Mary Paulson (Steve) of Zimmerman, MN, Sheila & Walt Poradish of Ladysmith and Theresa & George Shoquist of Cameron, WI, 2 brothers; John & Kit of Long Lake, MN and Jerry & Laurie of Ladysmith, 2 sisters-in-law; Pat and Paulette Wojcik and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 4 at Nash-Jackan Funeral Home in Ladysmith. Tony's family will receive friends from 9:00 to 11:00 AM on Friday at the Funeral Home.

Immediately following the service, a Celebration of Life will be held at the First Church of Christ in Ladysmith.
